Does this sound familiar?
As you enter midlife (40s and 50s) you begin to notice changes in your body shape. You’ve noticed that diets and exercise no longer have the same impact, causing a growing dissatisfaction with your body.
You wonder where all those flabby bits came from?
When you pass by a full-length mirror, you quickly avert your gaze or instinctively avoid looking at your naked reflection.
You never felt confident in your body when you were young.
But now, you spend an excessive amount of time yearning for your youthful body.
Your clothes don’t fit like they used to.
Perhaps you are experiencing a lack of self-esteem and not feeling attractive or feminine.
If so, I want you to know you are in the right place. You are not alone. What you are feeling is more common that you think.
But what if it doesn’t have to be that way?

You don’t have to feel like a stranger in your own skin?
Discover how to embrace your changing body and reclaim your confidence during menopause.

You can look and feel great at any age
Growing older is inevitable. It is time to understand that there is no such thing as a “normal” body. We are all unique.

You are not alone
You would be surprised how many women feel the same way as you do. There has never been a better time to be a woman in midlife.
Like many women, I have had a difficult relationship with my body. I was never particularly happy with it when I was young. As I grew older, I found it even more challenging and I knew I wasn’t alone.
I felt frustrated that our society perpetuates the idea that a slim, young, and typically white woman is the standard for a normal female body.
This is why I created the How to Love your Post-menopausal Body. To help women just like you rebuild your confidence as a woman, enabling you to love and embrace your body’s natural changes as you age.
